Indian Mom's Kitchen began with a simple longing — for the sweets I grew up eating back home. The ones that appeared at every festival, every birthday, every quiet afternoon with chai.
Here in Riga, we make them the slow way. No shortcuts, no preservatives, no compromises. Pure ghee, hand-ground spices, and recipes that have travelled with our family for three generations.
Every box is made fresh to order in small batches — because that is how Mom would want it.
